If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.

I know I know, my second post of the morning already.  I am putting my checks together to mail here at work and it is just sooooooooooooooooo boring……hence, lots of time to think.  Plus Perez Hilton hasnt posted anything good to read so far this morning! hehe

So next week school starts, which means more of a routine for the kids.  It also really means, more of a routine for me!  I have GOT to start exercising!!!  I just have to do it.  Some friends of mine from another board have been joining here so we are going to do what we did on the other board.  Do a weekly exercise challenge.  I am actually excited about it.  I think my course of action of when to get it done will be a good one.  I get out of work at 3:30, kids off the bus at 3:40.  As soon as they are in the door, they do homework, so I will workout while they are at the table doing that.

Another good thing is the the younger football teams do not have practice on Mon. & Tues.  Hooray!  Only the older one.  In the past when I was successful with my program, I totally totally planned everything.  It is soooo key.

I totally have to plan my food, that is the most important thing. I have noticed that when I don’t is when I start falling off the “wagon” so to speak. There was this movie I watched with a quote in it. I don’t know if someone famous said it or just the movie character, but it just sticks with me. “Without a plan there is no attack and without attack there is no victory”
