TGIF….I can do it this weekend!!!!

I feel soooo good about the choices I have made this week so far and really feel like I am back on track.

There was a test last night in the food department and I passed!  Kevin made pork chops, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob and cucumber salad for dinner.  He ALWAYS puts a TON of butter and milk in the potatoes…..guess what!?!  I didn’t have any.  I opted for a baked potato with a little bit of lite sour cream and some chives.  I STAYED AT MY POINT TARGET FOR THE DAY!!!!  I have been the past few days, but it was easier because he wasn’t home.  I just have to keep it up.

I did a half way through the week weigh in and am down 3 pounds so far since Tuesday.  I am happy with that!

Also last night Jess and I went school shopping…..since we were at Super Wally World I stocked up on stuff for me.  There is ALWAYS so much crap in the house for the kids to eat and lately I have not been stocking up on my stuff.  So $100 later on snacks, lunches, fruit for me I am a happy camper.

Good for you! HIGH FIVERS! Way to go on sticking to plan.

Stocking up on foods for you will help you to continue to say no to the other stuff.

You are on a ROLL now!!!!

Congats on your diligence to stick with your plan. Hectic schedules sometimes makes for hectic eating, good of you to plan ahead and stock up on healthy snacks of your own. I’m headed out to the farmer’s market to pick up some fresh produce. I’ve learned to slow roast root vegetables with just a little E.V.O.O and the come out tasting like candy, gets rid of my sugar cravings and are good for you! Keep up the good work, I look forward to reading about your accomplishments.
