What a great weigh in!!!!!!!
I absolutely could not believe the scale this morning!!!!! I actually moved that sucker all around my bathroom to make sure I was getting a correct weight on there…….I lost 7 pounds this week!!!!!! OMG!!!!! I just want to smack myself and say “see what happens when you pay attention to things and are a bit motivated!?”
I did have an awesome week. I am truly proud of myself. A big test will be this weekend as we have a big labor day cookout with all the neighbors on Sunday and then a birthday party for my mom on Monday. I can be in control with both. I was already looking in my WW cookbooks last night for things to make for the cookout. Since everyone contributes to the food, I am just going to make sure the things I make are point friendly and try to make a few different things. I will also make sure I do not overdo it in the beer department.
As for my mom’s birthday……I will be cooking for that, so I will have control over that situation too.
Yesterday I started exercising again too. I didn’t want to do it, but I got Firm Cardio Sculpt Blaster and Jiggle Free Abs done. Have you ever been doing the exercises and tried to talk yourself out of doing them? Well I was doing that, but I stuck with it and did them both! Today is an off day for exercise on the rotation calendar.
As far as food goes, I just have to keep threading the good days together.

Way to go Jen!! That is so Awesome!!
GREAT!!!!!
That is so awesome! Great job on the 7 lb. loss! I am always trying to talk myself out of excercise, problem is I usually talk myself out of it, but seriously I have been doing a lot better at it!
Have a good one!
Yeah you! I’m really happy for you!
That is incredible!!! YIPPEE!! I’m so very happy for you. Lots of hard work and it is paying off. I’m certain you will do great over the weekend. Sounds like you are focused and well grounded. Have fun with it!!
Congratulations on the weight loss–that is awesome!
I could read the excitement in this blog! HUGE CONGRATULATIONS ON THE 7 POUND LOSS!!!! AWESOME!!!
I started giggling when you mentioned moving the scales around on the floor. I can picture you doing that… with disbelief in your eyes at first… and with each step on the scale… excitement building… and finally a huge “YES”.
Well done!
Hugs,
Shan
